  3. Check for available networks after you turn it On.
  4. Check your router if your device finds a network that is not familiar to you.
  5. Verify the router for transmitting the right network.
  6. Check your router by performing a soft test.
  7. Tap the password if your network appears and then tap Connect.

What's my model number?

There are several ways to locate your model number:

Option 1
On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"
Option 2
Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
