- Access applications.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap Applications and Manage applications.
- Tap on All applications.
- Now, you will have to tap on Media Hub.
- Now, you will tap on Clear data.
- Access applications.
- Tap on Media Hub.
- Select My account after you tapped Menu.
- Now, you will have to tap on Reset Media Hub.
- Reset now.
