While speed dial is the decades-old option, you can add contacts to Android home screen to even message or video call them right away.The best part is that you don’t really need a third-party app to bring favorite contacts to your home screen. You can use the built-in widget tool in Android to add a Contact, Direct dial, and Direct message feature to your home screen.

On the home screen of your Android device, tap and hold to bring up Widgets menu button at the bottom. What's my model number?

There are several ways to locate your model number:

Option 1
On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"
Option 2
Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
Option 3
Using Samsung's model/serial number location tool
