Together with the launch of the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 Google also announced the launch of the new Android OS, 4.2. One of Android's 4.2 new features that seems to be of big interest is the new Android keyboard with gesture typing. It's a similar keyboard with the Swype keyboard, and XDA contributor mrmako777 has given us the possibility to try the new keyboard ourselves. The first condition to install this keyboard is to have at least Android 4.0 ICS installed. How to install Gesture Typing Keyboard on any device running at least Android 4.0:1. If you have a non-AOSP ROMsuch as Samsung TouchWiz:Download the application apk on your phone's SD card. If you have AOSP ROM such as Stock Android 4.0 and the first method didn't work:Download the zip file to the SD card. Reboot into custom recovery mode. On your device, go to Settings, then "About device" and scroll down to "Model number"
Option 2
Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
Option 3
Using Samsung's model/serial number location tool
