More smartphone manufacturers are placing the fingerprint sensor on the rear side. That’s probably because it’s much easier to use there than if it were positioned on the front side. The LG G6 (see MWC 2017 Highlights) is just one of the many modern handsets that are making use of a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. But you’ll need to register your fingerprint first, and then you can use it to lock up content and apps on your device. This article briefly outlines the procedure of configuring the fingerprint sensor on your LG G6 smartphone.
LG G6’s new, advanced fingerprint scanner
According to LG, their G6 smartphone sports a state of the art fingerprint scanner that’s highly effective and looks great with the phone’s sleek metal body design. Combined with the phone’s top-level processing capacity and storage space, this fingerprint-scanner, all the same, makes the G6 a powerful, easy-to-secure handset. How to register your fingerprint on the LG G6 fingerprint sensor
