After the massive maintenance update released for international variants of the Galaxy Note 4, U.S. carrier T-Mobile
is following the trail. T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge October security update is now rolling out, which is supposedly the last major maintenance update for the device.
Weighing in at around 250MB in size, the latest update brings up the version of the two devices to N910TUVU2EPJ2/N910T3UVU3EPJ2 (Note 4) and N915TUVU2DPJ2 (Note Edge). should roll out across the United States within the week, so make sure you look out for it. To manually check for the update, go to Settings->About phone->Software update->Check for updates.
You will only receive a notification about the OTA update if your device is charged more than 50%. Make sure that your Note 4 and Note Edge are fully charged before installing the update.
