The month of November is halfway through and the security patch for this month is yet to reach all the flagship devices worldwide. While T-Mobile in the United States has rolled out November security update for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, Samsung is still in process of releasing October security update for Galaxy A8.
The latest Samsung software update comes for the Galaxy A8 model SM-A800F, which is the dual-SIM version. The October security update for Galaxy A8 brings in a total of 68 fixes to CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures). Moreover, there are also 7 bugs that will be fixed in the current firmware of the smartphone with the latest update.
Users who have already received the October security update for Galaxy A8 can feel free to mention the changes and improvements they may have noticed. To check for the latest available update manually simply open Settings->About phone->Software update->Check for updates.
