Emojis have evolved to become so much more than just a way of communicating in a fun way. Apple took the higher spot when it released several iPhone Emojis that didn’t show up on Android devices until Nougat came along. Now the Android Nougat Emojis are going one step further with Unicode 9.0.You can either choose to wait for the Android Nougat update or try out the workaround that we have to offer. By flashing a .ZIP file to your device, you can get the Android Nougat Emojis on any device right away. All you need is a device running Android 5.0 or higher and a custom recovery installed.
Step 1: Download the Android Nougat Emojis .ZIP file
Since the latest Emojis for Android is not yet available for any other device, you need to manually flash them to your device. You can use the link given below to download the Nougat Emojis .ZIP file and flash it to your device.
Once you have downloaded the file to your Android device, access the recovery mode (TWRP). In the main screen of your custom recovery menu, tap on the “Install” button and navigate to the “Download” folder.Once you have selected the Emoji .ZIP file from the folder, tap on “Install Image” and Swipe to begin the installation process. Once the installation process is completed, tap on “Reboot System” to restart the Android device.
Step 3: Try out the new Emojis
Once the device has rebooted, your Android device will have the newly applied Emojis on it. You can now simply open your Google keyboard and the new Emojis will also appear, along with several new and unique characters.
