Who said water and electronics don’t mix? Water resistant smartphones that can be used in the rain, dunked in the tub or that can be used to take pictures under water are not as rare as they once were. Though not a necessity, people still view an Android smartphone with water resistant capabilities as an advantage. But what are the best waterproof Android phones in the market today?
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active
The Galaxy S6 Active is what some may consider, ruggedized and tougher version of the Galaxy S6. Like the original Galaxy S6, the Active version has a 16 MP main camera with an LED flash.
However, its notable feature is its IP68 waterproof rating accompanied by its U.S. Mil-810G body specification, meaning not only will you capture videos and photos under water but also the phone can withstand extreme temperatures, humidity and altitudes.
