The Galaxy Note 5 is one of the most sought after mobile devices of 2015. The device hit the market with an extremely high anticipation that made fans go nuts. It is a high time to have a good look at the smartphone to see if it is really worth your hard earned money. This posts focuses on what makes the Note 5 special and also the lacking elements that could’ve made it an outstanding smartphone. Let’s start with its perfection.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Perfection

1. The Stylus S-Pens

The Stylus S-Pen is one of the most proclaimed and awesome features in the Note series. The Note 5 still has it and it has been greatly improved. The S-Pen now uses a fantastic spring release mechanism which can be used as an anxiety tool.Sammy has refined the Air Command menu. The menu is now sleeker than before. You still have access to Action Memo, S-Note, Screen Write, Smart Select and much more.

2. An Awesome Camera

This is one of the areas which the Note 5 won’t disappoint. The device has the same camera as the Galaxy S6. This means that the device has one of the top notch camera in the industry. The 16 megapixels camera with OIS can produce awesome images.

3. A gorgeous Large Screen

The screen is one of the most important part of the smartphone. The Note 5 is sporting a 5.7 inch display with a gorgeous screen. The screen touts a QHD 2560 X 1440 pixels resolution. The device has a Super AMOLED display and accurate colors.

4. Many Sensors And Technologies

Even though the Note 5 lacks an IR blaster, the smartphone is well connected. The Galaxy S6 sports NFC fast charging, LTE Cat 6 and wireless charging. The Note 5 users will be able to take advantage of the hear rate monitor and the fingerprint reader.

5. An Awesome Design.

The Note 5 joins its lack with the S6’s unibody design which is truly a looker.

What The Note 5 Lacks

1. A Removable Battery

This is another famous feature which Samsung had killed in the latest flagships, the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. To many of us, removable batteries are vital. This is because the ability to carry many batteries and swap them changes the whole experience.

2. An IR Blaster

This may seem like a gimmick to the Note Series fans; however, once you replace your remote control with your Android device, you can’t go back. We would be more happy and satisfied if the Note 5 featured the IR blaster.

3. A microSD Card Slot

Samsung handsets have been largely characterized by the storage flexibility that allows you to use microSD cards. However, Samsung took things away. The company did away with the expandable storage option in the Note 5.

4. A 128GB Storage Option

The Galaxy Note 5 only comes with 32GB and 64GB memory options. 64GB memory may be enough for most people but not everyone. Having no microSD slot, we should’ve gotten the 128GB option.
