I am one of the many people who have always thought that huge phones are the best and that they are nice and goody. I have however, come to learn that this is not the case: size does not matter, what does matter and define the quality of a smartphone as well as qualifying it as either good, average or among the best are the features. Below is a list of my top 5 android smartphones:

1. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

To begin with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge tops my list as the best android smartphone ever made. It is not only the best looking handset, with a 16 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front camera which not only produces clear pictures but can turn a selfie into a groupie so to speak due to its wide angle capabilities. It also has a 3GB RAM, and vivid colors like White pearl and Black sapphire to mention just but a few add to the list features. Not forgetting its fast charging ability, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has rightfully earned first position but everything has a price and for this android smartphone it’s pretty high but worth every cent.

2. Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Next up is the Samsung galaxy Note 4 well known as a Phablet I meaning the combination of a phone and a tablet. This smartphone has not only the best big screen around but also 32 GB memory, a rear camera of 16 Megapixels and a front camera of 3.7 Megapixels. Samsung developed some great features on the Galaxy Note 4 such as the S pen which most of us adore and enjoy using.

3. Sony Xperia Z3

The Sony Xperia Z3 compact is another great phone, perhaps the best performing compact android smartphone out there today. It looks and feels great as well I say this having at least held one. It has an excellent camera with 20.7 Megapixels rear camera with LED flash this is just brilliant. The handset also has a front camera of 2.2 Megapixels, a RAM of 2GB and a 16GB internal storage. I mean it has a bright display and a great battery life. Sony has clearly managed to bring in the best mini android smartphones yet again. Thumbs up its really expensive but its worth it.

4. HTC One M9

The HTC’s don’t exactly rule the world but they are among the best smartphones. Thanks to its good features the HTC One M9 has been consistently ranked among the best designed.  The front facing boom speakers the sleek body, are as good as always while its software is not only light but fast as well. It has 20Megapixel rear camera and an ultrapixel on the front camera. It also has an improved smart charging enabling your phone to stay cool while charging.

5. LG G3

Last but not least is the LG G3 android smartphone. With a 2GB/3GB memory, 16GB storage, 13 megapixel rear camera and 2.1 Megapixel front camera, this smartphone has secured its position as one of the best. And the best thing about this handset is that it is not as expensive as the rest... the price and its ultra-clear screen are some of the features that will attract anyone as well as the rest of the technology in there. This is a superb flagship phone for an excellent price. If I was to buy the best phone around I would consider these smartphones then I would own a goody phone with all the necessary features.
