I recently came across PartyWatch, and no, it's not a new Android Wear device.PartyWatch is a new and relatively unknown Android app whose sole purpose is to aggregate public events from Facebook and put them on a map.The events range from huge concerts to small gigs at the bar down the street, and you get the basic details about them: the location where it's held, a description that tells you a bit about the gig, ticket prices and (obviously) the starting time. The app is easy to navigate through and makes event discovery simple. It also takes content from Foursquare and gives you a list of the popular bars in the area, and uses Google Maps to let you know the best way to get to the event. If the event has an entry fee it will show up in the description, along with a link to a ticket seller where you can get your hands on an invite. So far, so good. I found a couple of events happening near me this week, and I can see myself holding on to the app for future use. I'm trying not to use Facebook as much nowadays, and the most awesome thing about PartyWatch is that it works without logging in.Of course, if you do login with your Facebook account you'll get access to more features, like seeing which of your friends is attending an upcoming event.Do you see yourself using the app?

- Often times you can view the model number inside the device, by removing the battery
