1. Add Non-Gmail Accounts to the Official App
The Gmail application works best and awesome Gmail accounts. However, it can do more than that. You can also use other email accounts such as Yahoo or Outlook inside the familiar Gmail application. Gmail features also works with other accounts. In case you’ve a non-Gmail email accounts follow the steps below to easily add them;- Open Gmail
- Open Menu
- Touch the arrow icon to the right of your name
- Click Add account
- Tap a Personal (IMAP/POP)
- Follow the steps displayed on the screen.
2. See All The Accounts in One Stream
Now that you’ve all your email accounts in one application you can merge all the inboxes to see all the emails in one stream. Once you activate all the accounts, you should see ‘All inboxes’ on the menu. Tap to see the emails in a single stream. To go back to your main account, tap ‘Inbox’.3. Delete or Archive an Email From The Notifications
