Spreadsheets applications have managed to make their way in our daily lives. Thankfully there’re some spreadsheet apps for Android which can help you do the work.

I do not recommend using the spreadsheet apps for Android on a small screen smartphone. It can be a big hassle to enter your data effectively on a small screen.

These spreadsheets apps for Android have been tested on Android devices and have worked properly.

1. Google Sheets

Google has launched some of the best applications and the Google Sheets App is no different. Its minimalist look and the handy features has made it my favorite.

DID YOU KNOW? Updato offers seamless and guaranteed phone unlocking for any device, carrier and region! It's quick and easy - try it now.

The cloud save feature of Google Sheets saves the document after each entry or edit. The application is simple and very versatile.

In case you need a reliable spreadsheet app for Android, look no further.

2. WPS Offie + PDF

While the Google Sheets app only caters for the spreadsheets, WPS Office takes everything to another level. The app has one of the best interfaces and that translates into an awesome efficiency. One of the greatest feature of this application is its cloud saving storage.

You just have to attach any cloud storage with the application and documents are automatically saved online after you’re done.

It allows you to open many documents at once and then it allows to compare data. It also makes it easy to move entries an to copy too. The applications is compatible with Bluetooth keyboards and USB. It also supports 47 different languages.

3. Polaris Office + PDF

This is the application you should get in case you’ve a big tablet. It works awesome on a 10.1 inch tablet. Polaris Office isn’t a dedicated spreadsheet application on Android; however, it can provid with quality tools for that. The application comes with support for XLSX and XLS formates; these are also used by Microsoft Excel.

The application has 300 formulas for arithmetic, time, date and finance. It also has standard charts, templates and filters. It is a competitive spreadsheet application for Android.

4. Docs To Go Free Office Suite

In case you need a reliable and stable spreadsheet application for your Android device, Docs To Go is the perfect way to go.

The spreadsheet features of the application includes auto fill, sorting and freeze panes. The app has extensive option to format numbers, sheets and cells which makes it one of the best spreedsheet application for Android around. Resizing, deleting columns and rows, hiding and resizing is very easy.

5. OfficeSauite 8 Pro

The app is one of the most robust office suites on Android. The app comes with a premium price tag. The price is worth if you’re going to work on your Android smartphone or tablet.

The app is also robust in with spreadsheet features. However, paying a premium price to access features which are available on other applications seems illogical to me.
