Owners of Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge devices are currently receiving a security update from their T-Mobile mobile carrier. This comes after the two handsets were updated with the May security patch, thanks to an update that was pushed out earlier this month. According to the changelog published for this latest OTA update, its major inclusion is Google Security update.Since the update is said to be a minor one, it will weigh in at 43MB and will have the software version on the Galaxy S7 bumped up to G930TUVS3APD8, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will have a G935TUVU3APD8 version. It is nice to see the T-Mobile mobile carrier’s consistency in rolling out regular updates. You can wait for the OTA update notification or head into your phone settings to manually begin the update download process
