There are excellent news for those who own a Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus in Germany. There is a new update launched for the device which will improve the users experience from Android Jelly Bean 4.1 to Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2. This is quite strange since there is no update out yet for the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2. However, the update was really awaited by the Galaxy S2 Plus users which needed to change the view from the old version of Android to a newer one.The situation is strange because Samsung neglected the updating process of some of the devices. Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S2 seem to be forgotten by the Korean manufacturer which has officially launched an upgrade for the Galaxy S2 Plus, a device which is less popular than the others. Some specialists are saying that Samsung is making a smart move as they are tracking the evolution of this new upgrade and then, the company will try to adapt it for the more popular models. Another version of the story is that Samsung will update the "forgotten models" to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean directly. So, Samsung is advancing with upgrades and soon we will probably see some fresh air for the old Galaxy S2 or Galaxy S3.The recent update for the Galaxy S2 Plus will have new lockscreen widgets, the Daydream screensaver, improvements for performance and some features from the new Galaxy S4. The update can be found on Samsung Kies, but remember that is only available for those who live in Germany.
