Just recently we presented you Samsung newest innovation, the laptop/tablet that runs with Windows and Android both, Samsung ATIV Q. Today we found out thanks to ePrice that the tablet is basically the most powerful tablet out there. They performed a classic AnTuTu benchmark test and found out that the ATIV Q scored an amazing 54 861 points.To understand better how much this is, let's compare the results with the scores of other devices. For example Galaxy S4 has only half that score and the NVIDIA Shield using a Tegra 4 only scored 32 000 points. The upcoming Snapdragon 800 that will power the Note 3 and the LTE advanced S4 also scored only 35 000.However, there are some things that need to be said before drawing any conclusions. Samsung conceived this as a Laptop/tablet and packed it with and Intel 1.6 GHz quad-core I5 processor, an Intel HD Graphics card 4400 and 4 GB Ram memory. Now these are specifications for a first class laptop rather than a tablet. So although the ATIV Q crushes its competition, be sure that you will have to pay at least 3 times the prices of a normal Android-powered tablet.You cannot really compare these type of specs with what's inside today's smartphones and tablets. However this does show that Intel is ready to crush the Mobile processor market with their products. I personally am really looking forward to getting my hands on the ATIV Q, and I think Samsung and Windows did a really great job with this one. Hopefully I will see for myself very soon.
