In two days from now, Samsung is going to hold their Galaxy Premiere 2014 event at the Madison Square Garden in New York. The device that caught our eyes for this event is the Galaxy Tab S which announces itself to be a big icebreaker. For starters we know that the Galaxy Tab S will be the first device that will have a WQXGA Super AMOLED display, at 2560x1600 resolution, and the first tablet with a fingerprint sensor. We also know that the Galaxy Tab S will have an octa-core Exynos 5 SoC with four Cortex A15 cores clocked at 1.9GHz and four Cortex A7 cores clocked at 1.3 GHz, 3 GB of RAM, 8 MP camera with full HD recording. The connectivity technology is also in line with the power, having WiFi 802.11ac, an IR blaster (to use with Samsung Watch ON), MicroUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, etc.In terms of software, the Galaxy Tab S will have Android's latest KitKat 4.4.2, and a bunch of Samsung proprietary technology such as the Magazine UX, Ultra Power Saving Mode, Remote PC, Download Booster and many others. Thanks to Sammobile.com, we are able to provide you with a bunch of photos taken to the Galaxy Tab S and also the flip covers that will be embedded in the back panel of the tablet.
