A report from Bloomberg reveals that Samsung considers lowering the price for his new S model. Barcelona MWC is next after the corner, starting next week and everybody is looking forward for the big launch of the new Samsung S5. During last weeks there all sort of information about S5 specs, features, but nothing about the pricing. We can guess that in U.S., the new S5 will come at a price of $500- $600 or at $199.99 at a two year contract. These were also the prices for S3s or S4s.According to a source from Samsung, the new S5 will be brought out at a lower price and the rumor says that a carrier feels the device's price should be more aggressive, so lower that other models, so it can earn more of the market share. Also it seems that there will be two variant: a base and a premium model, both at different prices. This can make sense as it will be more easy to buy at a bigger range of customers. This is just speculation, but it's a possibility that Samsung will take Apple's model. Apple sold hid newer version, 5C and 5S at two different price ranges. A $99.99 model with contract ( base ) and a $199.99 model with contract ( premium ). It's early to say what will be the impact of a lower pricing, but one thing is sure: For those who want to put more money in their pockets, a cheaper version is sent from heaven. So, what do you think? At which price will Samsung sell the new Galaxy S5?Share on Facebook
