Not much has been seen about OnePlus 3 in terms of rumors, this of course aside from the announcement from Carl Pei, OnePlus’ co-founder back in February when he revealed that the launch of the OnePlus 3 would be seen towards the end of Q2 2016. This seems a close proximity to the month of June, meaning that the scheduled date is nearing. Perhaps that is why leaks of the device have started to surface, with the most recent one being images of the OnePlus’ next generation flagship device.oneplus 3 designThe purported OnePlus 3 handset features an all-round metal design forgoing the Sandstone Black covering found on its predecessors. On the front panel you’ll notice a fingerprint scanner, which will be a welcomed return if these are actual images of the device.oneplus 3  oneplus 3 back panelBased on the rumors so far, its specs will include a Full HD 5.5-inch display, powered by a processing package of Snapdragon 820 with clocked at 2.2GHz and a main camera of 16 megapixels backed by an 8MP front-facing camera. The OnePlus 3 will come in two variants one said to include a RAM of 4GB along with an on-board storage of 32GB, while the other bundles 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. In terms of software, the handset will come running on OxygenOS 3.0 which will be based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. As for its pricing, if previous experience with its counterparts is anything to go by, then it should be pretty pricey. We expect to know more on this in the coming days or weeks, so stay tuned. What are your thoughts on the leaked OnePlus 3 images? Let us know in the comments below.
