Of course, Apple’s move comes right after on from Samsung. More precisely, the Korean company sued Apple saying that their iPad Mini infringes 8 patent technologies from them. After that it seems Apple’s next move was to add these new devices to the list.
Not only that Samsung lost a trial this year that forces them to pay 1 billion dollars to the iPhone manufacturer, but now Samsung is once again target by Apple with 6 new devices infringing patents from Apple. Besides the earlier mentioned Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy Mini, Apple is targeting the Jelly Bean 4.1.1 on Galaxy S3, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Samsung Rugby Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Wi-Fi.
The fight in the smartphone world is fierce with Samsung leading in the number of sales and with the last quarter of 2012 ending, it’s going to be a close battle at the top.
