This app bar will be created as a secondary bar when sliding down the notification bar from your Android. There you can put as many shortcuts as you want. To do so install Bar Launcher, an app that will make sure you will have the second bar in the notification screen.

After you install the app open it and you’ll see how simple Bar Launcher it is. This app lets you create the second bar when you want. To add a shortcut press the plus button located in the blue circle in the right up corner. This will open a screen with all the apps in the mobile device. From there you can choose which app to put in the second bar.

To remove an app just simply slide it to the right. To rearrange them, tap on one of them and hold down. After that drag it down or up the list.

This is a simple way to arrange some shortcuts in the second bar. What do you think about this cool app?
