Samsung Galaxy S4 runs on Android 4.2.2, so in order to enter developer options, which are hidden you need to do a little trick in the settings menu. Developer options give you access to USB Debugging and other options that are needed when you want to change certain system settings on your device.So, in order to enter Developer Options on your Galaxy S4, you have to go to 'Settings'. Then click on the 'More' tab, and then select 'About device'. Now you will have to repeatedly tap on 'build number' several times until you activate developer options.
