In this post, we look at the top five best-selling Samsung smartphones in the market.
  1. Samsung Galaxy S5
This smartphone has been in the market for a while now. The phone doesn’t have that much difference with the S4. The very notable difference is the bigger and brighter screen which is 5.1 inches big. However, there are a number of features that are different compared to the Galaxy S4. The phone is well protected from dust and water as its USB port is covered by a flap. The camera also gives some of the greatest results. You can take snaps in a quick way and they appear very clear. The phone also connects to the Wi-Fi very fast where it also has a unique feature called the Downloader Booster. This, with the combination of WIFI, enables the device to achieve faster download speeds. With Android 4.4 and many other enhancements, the S5 continues to sell in the market at a high rate.
  1. Samsung Galaxy Alpha
This phone has a smaller screen compared to the S4 and the S5. It has a better design though! The metal frame is of high quality and has a nice solid finish making the phone beautiful. It is a lightweight device weighing 114g and thus most prefer it because it fits well and comfortably in the pocket. The phone also has a feature known as the HDR (high dynamic range) that lights up your photos thus making them appear brighter and very clear even when you are in a dark place. For health improvement, there is also a feature known as the S Health. This will track exercises you make for body fitness and thus help you get to your target.
  1. Samsung Galaxy S4
This is another great device recently manufactured by Samsung Electronics. It was first released on 26 April 2013 and has competed well in the market for the past year. It was released after the S3 but had some upgraded features, albeit the design was quite similar.  The Samsung Galaxy S4 has the ability to detect gestures made over the screen, and runs Android 4.2.2. It also has another improved feature known as the Smart Pause. This allows your video player to make pauses to the videos the instant the user is looking elsewhere. The phone is still competing well in the market.
  1. Samsung Note 3
The smartphone was announced and released on September 2013. The units sold in the first 2 months were 5 million. Its predecessor was the Galaxy note 2 and its successor was the Galaxy note 4.  Its rear cover is made of plastic leather and it’s slightly lighter than the Note 2. It is also thin and has a great number of extra features.
  1. Samsung Galaxy Grand 2
The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 was released on November 2013. The phone has an internal memory of 8 GB with a RAM of 1.5 GB. It has a large screen at 5.2 inches. The device runs Android 4.3. In the release of the top 10 smartphones on May 2014, this device was ranked position 10!
